​​​​​​​We value all our student umpires and coaches and work to ensure that there are benefits and opportunities for them to develop and benefit through the experience:

     •    NCEA Credits are available for coaching and umpiring.
     •    We work with sports organizations to provide all student coaches and umpires at least one       
          course per season.
     •    All student coaches are provided a mentor and an experienced manager.
     •    The Coaching for Character program is available for selected students.
     •    Umpires will also be provided opportunities in local competitions and at South Wairarapa
          Primary Sports Tournaments
